Congratulations to Whitney and Steven! The two tied the knot while floating on the Hiwassee River in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The couple said their “I Do’s” on the top deck of a party barge surrounded by friends, family, a bright sun and cool breeze.
(And yes, the whole time I was singing “I’m On A Boat” to myself.)
